Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Thank you for choosing Avolié GbR. This return policy informs you about your rights and the procedures for returning products, as well as your right of withdrawal.
1. Customer's Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by them has taken possession of the last item in the order.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us, Avolié GbR, Knappstr. 5, 34519 Diemelsee, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) regarding their decision to withdraw from the contract.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), we will reimburse the customer for all payments received, including delivery costs.
Excluded from reimbursement are any additional costs that arise if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Voluntary additional payments, such as tips, are also excluded.
The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of the customer's withdrawal from the contract.
In accordance with Section 357 (4) BGB, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is the earlier point in time.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
If a product is reported as defective, we reserve the right to withhold any refund of the purchase price until the defect has been verified. Acceptable proof may include a clear photo, a video, or the return of the affected item. If no such proof is provided, no refund will be issued. This also applies to partial refunds.
To verify a return, we require a valid shipping receipt, such as a tracking number or a receipt from the shipping carrier which clearly shows our recipient address and the shipping date.
To process your return quickly and transparently, we also kindly ask you to provide a photo of the intact security seal before sending the product back. This helps both parties prevent misunderstandings and ensures a clear review process.
4. Return of Goods
The customer must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal notification. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the end of the fourteen (14) day period.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the costs of return shipping unless the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods.
6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the customer is significant, or contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Additionally, discounted or promotional products are excluded from return and withdrawal.
7. Refund Process
1. Please send us an email using the provided template. It is important that you use the same email address you used for the payment and include your order number.
2. After carefully reviewing your request, you will receive a response via the communication method you provided.
3. If we have any further questions, we will contact you via email. Therefore, please make sure to check your inbox regularly.
4. We strive to handle every request fairly and transparently. Once the review is complete, our decision is final and will not be revised – we kindly ask for your understanding.

8. Additional Clauses
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality (§ 357(7) German Civil Code).
We kindly ask that products, where possible, be returned in their original packaging to avoid transport damage. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to exclude individual customers from future orders in cases of noticeable abuse of the right of withdrawal (e.g., repeated returns of obviously used goods).
We do not accept shipments returned postage due (i.e., returns sent without sufficient postage).
