Shipping Policy
At Avolié, we prioritize not only the quality of our products but also your satisfaction with our service. We strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly and smoothly. Our shipping policy provides a clear overview of the process from order to delivery and informs you about all important details.
As we collaborate with partners who handle shipping directly, we are always available to assist you with any questions or issues. Please have your order number (#0000) ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Methods
We ship to Germany and all EU countries. Our products are shipped directly from our partners to the specified delivery address.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, the order is handed over to our shipping partner. If there is a high volume of orders, we will inform you in advance of any possible delays so that you always know when to expect your delivery.

For express shipping, the delivery time is 1 business day regardless of region (additional costs apply).
If you order more than 10 products, manufacturing by our partners may take longer, which can slightly delay shipping.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct:
- Verify your address before confirming your order. Changes cannot be made afterward.
- We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Our shipping service is subject to the following restrictions:
- We ship exclusively within the EU. With prior written approval of the managing directors, it is also possible to obtain products on an international basis.
- Please note that delivery to temporary addresses (e.g., hotels or P.O. boxes) is only possible by prior arrangement.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please contact us before returning any items to discuss the next steps. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
9. Sustainability in Shipping
- We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials to reduce waste.
- A portion of the shipping costs contributes to CO₂ offsetting projects to minimize the environmental impact of shipping.
